Collection for victims of Grenfell Tower fire

Following the horrific scenes this morning in Kensington, Romford Labour will be holding a collection for the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire.

Details of the fire and all of those affected are still emerging, what is clear though is that there have been many victims, many of whom will have lost all their possessions and their homes.

Romford Labour will be collecting donations for the victims this week. If you live in Romford or nearby and can donate anything that might be useful such as spare clothes, toiletries or nappies please stop by our office at 273 South Street, Romford, RM1 2BE.

We will be holding collections this week at the following times:

5pm - 6.30pm Wednesday 14th June
4.30pm -6.00pm Thursday 15th June
10.00am -12.00pm Saturday 17th June

I have several bags of donations but have been reading in the media that no further donations are needed at present. Please can you confirm the position.
